Why should I get my bins cleaned?
We disinfect, deodorize, and make your bins smell great. We kill the germs and bacteria to keep you or your family members hygienically safe from any diseases or viruses.

When will my bins be cleaned?
You will receive a schedule from us that shows the days of cleaning in your area.

When do I need to pay for the cleaning?
Once you have made your decision on which plan you would like, you will be invoiced on the first day of cleaning. Please pay within 7 days. If you wish to pay cash, please let us know and we will come and collect from you. Preferred method of payment is cheque.

How can I order your service?
You can go to our online booking form, call 778-867-BINS (2467) or email to binblasters@hotmail.com. Please provide all information.

What if I paid in advance and then move?
If you move within the city we can transfer your account to your new home. If you move out of the city we will refund you the difference. Please inform us in advance of change of address or termination of services due to moving outside the area.

How will I know my bins have been cleaned?
Your bins will smell fresh, look clean and also be reversed so you know they have been serviced. If you have any questions about our cleaning, please do not hesitate to contact us.
